Liang Yinhe is an Associate Professor at School of Economics in Central University of Finance and Economics, an Adjunct Researcher at Institute for Global Health and Development in Peking University, a master's supervisor and a member of the Ministry of Education's Ideological and Political Education Teaching Team for Courses. He got his PhD in Economics from Peking University. He has published numerous papers in well-known journals such as Health Economics, Economic Development and Cultural Change, Journal of Corporate Finance, China Economic Review, Labour Economics, China Economic Quarterly. He has won the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation at Peking University, the 2024 ADB-IEA Innovative Policy Research Award issued by the Asian Development Bank and the International Energy Agency, and the 2023 Young Scholar of Global Health Development Award Program of Peking University. He presided over the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project, the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Fund Youth Project, and numerous university-level research projects at Central University of Finance and Economics. His policy reports have been adopted by leaders of the Beijing Municipality and the Ministry of Education.
