The 3rd Bund Summit was held in Shanghai on Oct 22-24, 2021. Gordon G LIU，Peking University BOYA Professor of Economics at National School of Development, and Dean of PKU Institute for Global Health and Development spoke at the Cloud Session of Financing Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness and Response: Now and Beyond, which was moderated by Gene MA, Head of China Research, Institute of International Finance. The other guest speakers at the session are Tharman SHANMUGARATNAM, Chairman, Monetary Authority of Singapore; Jim Yong KIM, Vice Chairman and Partner, Global Infrastructure Partners; Thomas ÖSTROS, Vice President, European Investment Bank; Bruce GELLIN, Chief of Global Public Health Strategy, The Rockefeller Foundation.
