Jin Xia is the founder of Huoshi Chuangzao, a leading figure in the National Thousand Talents Program. She serves as the Executive Director of the Chinese Society of Biotechnology, a member of the Core Expert Group for the Development Path of China's Bio-economy, the first expert of the China Ministry of Science and Technology's Urban Competitiveness Research Institute, the Deputy Executive Director of the Yangtze River Delta Biomedical Industry Chain Alliance, the Deputy Director of the Yangtze River Delta Digital Health Industry Alliance, and the Chairman of the Zhejiang Province Medical and Health Big Data Research and Application Industry Technology Alliance. She holds several national invention patents and led the formulation of the Enterprise Standard for the Classification of Bio-Economic Industries. In 2015, she founded Huoshi Chuangzao (Hangzhou Firstone Technology Co., Ltd.), pioneered the Industry Brain System, and proposed a data-driven model for industrial development.
