Member of the International Advisory Council, Peking University Institute for Global Health Development
Ying Luo is a member of the International Advisory Council at the Peking University Institute for Global Health Development. Before joining the institute, Ying was a partner at Huagai Healthcare Private Equity Fund, where she was responsible for post-investment management and served as a member of the investment committee. She focused on investing in leading companies within China's healthcare industry, helping them achieve long-term, stable growth. Prior to that, Ying spent 16 years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she served as a Global Partner and Managing Director, specializing in healthcare consulting. She assisted many Fortune 500 companies in the medtech, biopharma, and healthcare service sectors in making strategic, organizational, and operational decisions, and executing the related strategies. Earlier in her career, Ying worked for General Electric (GE) Healthcare for several years, holding various management roles, including Finance Director of GE Healthcare China's supply chain division.

Ying holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University, and earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in the United States.
