Jin Man, Founder and Dean of the Peking University Opera Research Institute; Dual-Appointed Professor at the Institute for Global Health and Development, Peking University; Dean of the School of Music at Shanxi University, and PhD Supervisor; Opera Performer; Founder of the Chinese Opera Discipline; Member of the Standing Committee of the 8th and 9th All-China Youth Federation, and Member of the 10th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. Awards and Achievements: The Gold Award at the First National Ethnic Minority Arts Performance, First Prize at the Military Arts Performance, the Gold Award at the 13th World Festival of Youth and Students, the China TV Golden Eagle Award, the China Golden Disc Award, and the Plum Performance Award. She founded Asia’s first higher education and research institution specializing in opera performance, theory, and composition, filling a significant gap in Chinese opera education. Jin Man is the proponent of the “Chinese Bel Canto Theory” and has planned and produced major works such as the symphonic cantata Sister Jiang , original operas Song About the Youth , Qian Xuesen , Song Qingling , Do It for You: The Song of Wang Xuan , Wu Zetian , and Peking University 1918 . Additionally, she established the Arts and Health Management Laboratory at Peking University and pioneered a new theoretical framework centered around arts and health management, contributing significantly to the development of China’s health sector.
