2023年4月10日下午14:00-15:00，北京大学全球健康发展研究院举办了第四期Reading Club，本次活动的主讲人为北京大学全球健康发展研究院fellow章湖洋。

本次活动分享的内容为Johansson等人2023年发表在Journal of Health Economics上的一篇文章：Reductions in out-of-pocket prices and forward-looking moral hazard in health care demand，这篇文章使用瑞典两个地区的医保数据，利用Kinked Donut RD模型，分析瑞典一项针对85岁人群取消门诊共付费用（copayment）的政策对该人群门诊服务利用的影响。研究结果发现存在前瞻性道德风险（forward-looking moral hazard），未发现典型的道德风险（typical moral hazard），延迟的门诊服务未发现对该人群健康带来损害。

章湖洋同学通俗易懂的讲解也吸引了听众对文章中的具体方法实现和结果解读等内容进行热烈地交流和讨论。
