北京大学全球健康发展论坛
健康是人类追求的根本目标,是人类创造经济财富必不可少的人力资本;由健康问题带来的各种负担是阻碍经济和社会发展的重要因素。同时,发展有助于改善健康的社会决定因素,并通过资源保障促进健康;但发展带来的问题也会影响健康的社会决定因素,从而阻碍健康的获得。健康与发展相互交织的关系,是全人类共同面临的跨越国家边界的首要问题。
北京大学全球健康发展研究院自2020年12月22日成立以来,每年举办“北京大学全球健康发展论坛”,邀请国内外研究前沿的政、产、学、研资深专家分享和探讨学术研究和政策实践,探索疾病预防与控制、卫生服务和健康管理新模式,商讨应对疾病、气候、环境变化带来的挑战,促进全球健康治理体系改革与卫生外交。

Peking University Global Health and Development Forum
Health is the fundamental goal pursued by human beings, and it is an indispensable human capital for human beings to create economic wealth; various burdens brought about by health problems are important factors hindering economic and social development. At the same time, development helps to improve the social determinants of health and promotes health through resource security; however, the problems brought about by development can also affect the social determinants of health, thereby hindering the acquisition of health. The intertwined relationship between health and development is the primary issue faced by all human beings across national borders.
Since its inauguration in Dec. 22, 2020, Peking University Institute for Global Health and Development has held the "Peking University Global Health and Development Forum" every year, inviting leading experts in academia, research, policy making and industry at home and abroad to share and discuss academic research and policy practices, explore the new models of disease prevention and Control, health services and health management, exchange ideas on addressing challenges brought about by diseases, climate and environmental changes, and promote the reform of global health governance system and health diplomacy.
