个人简介

 

现任北京大学公共卫生学院全球卫生学系主任、全球健康发展研究院副院长，研究员，博士生导师。复旦大学产业经济学博士，北京大学光华管理学院企业战略管理方向博士后。曾任国际组织抗艾滋病、结核和疟疾全球基金新兴经济体司司长、对外关系高级政策顾问，商务部中国医药保健品进出口商会副会长，并在联合国伊拉克科威特观察团和中国驻韩国大使馆等机构任职。长期从事全球卫生发展援助与融资、医药产业国际化、药品国际监管、传染病跨境防控等工作。在全球公共卫生、国际发展援助、医药产业竞争力与产业安全、国际药政管理和企业国际化等领域发表论文和文章百余篇，并有专著和合编书籍多部。主持了多个重大国际合作和部级课题项目。曾长期担任国家医药重点项目和相关医药基地的评审组长和专家委员等。现担任世界银行大流行基金（The Pandemic Fund）技术专家委员会委员、世界卫生组织医药产品本地化生产和技术转移专家组委员。同时，在中国卫生经济学会、中华预防医学会、中国医学装备协会等多个学协会担任分会副会长、理事和常务委员等。
